Pursuant to Article 32 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, Nos. 39/11 and 37/17), the Regulation on the Procedure and Method for Co-Financing Projects and Programs of Non-Governmental Organizations Supported by European Union Programs (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 64/18), and in connection with the Public Call, funds are allocated for the co-financing of projects and programs of non-governmental organizations supported by European Union funds.
The procedure and method for co-financing projects and programs of NGOs supported by European Union funds are prescribed by the Regulation on the Procedure and Method for Co-Financing Projects and Programs of Non-Governmental Organizations Supported by European Union Funds.
Non-governmental organizations that are registered and operate in Montenegro may apply to the public call with projects/programs that are implemented, either fully or partially, in Montenegro, provided that they are the lead applicants for the projects/programs or partners in their implementation.
Applications for the allocation of funds for the co-financing of non-governmental organizations may be submitted no later than 1 December of the current year.
